We are delighted to be continuing in our work with major organisations to get this unique and ground-breaking programme shared with employees and parents alike.   We thought we would share some of their feedback directly with you:

From CitiGroup…

  • Coaching principles can be used anywhere at any time. You can take from the course any tools that are relevant to your role. Although aimed at parents the tools can be used in everyday life.
  • I think everyone should go on this course, even those without children, as it has made me a better person in the work environment: more understanding, respect etc for people I work with.

From Oracle…

  • Happy, calmer parents who will consequently be less stressed in the workplace and equipped with better communications skills – especially listening. I’m impressed that Oracle recognises the benefits of running a course like this for parents.
  • I think this course will be very valuable to Oracle as a company as it will empower its staff with very useful skills to manage any situation and/or relationship in the workplace.

From FMG Support…

  • The whole course has changed my home and work life completely. My whole attitude has changed for both & will always be improving everyday from now.
  • I can’t explain why but I feel much calmer & in control during situations at work that would normally have irritated me. This is something that no other course has been able to do. I have learned more about human nature & can now relate to certain behavioural reactions from members of my team. I have got new friends from the course (more so than normal), there is something different about sharing stories/experiences about your children.

  • HML will benefit in two ways. The first is: Parents will have a happier home life as they interact better with their children and partner – which in turn makes them happier in the workplace. Also, the coaching techniques which have been learnt such as praise and labelling will be transferred into the workplace as it becomes a natural action.
  • I and everyone on this course has benefited and changed throughout. I believe that it should run again and again and skills in work and home life can improve and also HML’s future generation – i.e. our kids – will benefit.
