Meet the Directors...................

Sonya Shellard is Director and co-founder of Next Generation Coaching. Her expertise lies in bringing about behavioural change at an organisational, team or individual level; and now within families. Her wealth of knowledge has been used to design Coaching Skills for Parents workshops, with Co-Director Kim Morgan, a Master's Level trainer in Business and Personal Coaching. Sonya holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and a Post Graduate Certificate (with Distinction) in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester. She has a son and a daughter who provide many wonderful anecdotes and stories to share with other parents!

Kim Morgan is Director and co-founder of Next Generation Coaching. She was one of the UK’s first executive business and personal coaches, who has pioneered and led externally certified University Masters Level Post Graduate Awards in Coach Training since 2001. She is a sought after conference speaker on all aspects of coaching, psychology and change management. With over 25 years experience of psychology and people development, Kim draws extensively on her experiences of what universally works to make great families, happy parents and confident and capable children. She has two daughters who are wonderfully supportive of Next Generation Coaching.
